- 简介：Frontiers of Law in China promotes communication and cooperation between jurists in China and abroad. Articles reflect the substantial advances of Chinese universities in the field of law. These articles, written by Chinese professors and students, come from the top university and professional journals in China and are selected via a rigorous process. Topics for publication include all main branches of law, including jurisprudence, civil and commercial law, economic law, environmental law, intellectual property, criminal justice, procedural law, administrative law, international law, legal history, and history of legal thoughts. In particular, the journal encourages papers that inspire and contribute to the modernization of legal systems in China, renew jurisprudence concepts, and demonstrate Chinese scholars' achievements in legal research.
