- 简介：Frontiers of Materials Science in China provides a forum for a broad blend of peer-reviewed academic papers, promoting rapid communication and exchange between materials scientists in China and abroad. It reflects the significant advances that are currently being made in China in the field of materials science. Coverage includes all main branches of materials science, such as metallic materials, inorganic non-metallic materials, polymer materials, biomaterials, nano-materials, and materials processing, modeling and characterization. Highlights of emerging topics are especially welcome in the following fields: materials science and device issues for future Si-based technology, nano-materials, biomimetic materials, materials for hydrogen and fuel cell technology, functional materials, protective coatings and thin films, innovation in techniques and instrumentation in materials property characterization, and shape memory materials for smart systems.
