- 简介：Teacher Education and Special Education (TESE) stimulates and improves the preparation of those who will work with children with disabilities. It offers research on exceptionality and the teaching of exceptional children, as well as the critical issues shaping the future of teacher education. The journal publishes original research, evaluations of personnel preparation programs, and interpretive or critical literature reviews.

- 主题范围： Teacher Education and Special Education (TESE) is the official journal of the Teacher Education Division (TED) of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC). The purposes of TED are to stimulate and improve the preparation of those who will teach and otherwise work with and for children with disabilities, to encourage research on questions relating to exceptionality and to the teaching of children with disabilities, to establish liaisons with organizations of allied purposes, and to assist chapters and federations of TED in carrying out these purposes at state or provincial levels. The purposes of TESE are to support the goals of TED and to stimulate thoughtful consideration of the critical issues shaping the future of general and special education. The journal publishes: (a) reports of original research, (b) comprehensive evaluations of personnel preparation programs or components thereof, (c) theoretically based discussions of advancing practices in personnel preparation, and (d) interpretive or critical reviews of the literature.
