- 简介：Material Culture publishes manuscripts from scholars from across all disciplines. Article topics encompass some aspect of material culture, vernacular/contemporary/popular culture landscapes or extant artifacts. Scholarship on or about any region of the world on any aspect of culture that can be seen, heard, tasted, touched, or smelled is appropriate for the journal. Authors, as well, can be from the corporate, government, independent, non-profit, or educational sectors. Manuscripts are double-blind peer reviewed. While the journal consists mainly of scholarly research articles, the journal also publishes book reviews, essays, and photography as well. Manuscripts and submissions should be submitted directly to the Editor via email as attachments. The guidelines for formatting the manuscript and book reviews, style sheets, and editorial philosophy can be found at www.pioneeramerica.org or requested from the Editor. Other inquiries should be addressed to the Editor, including copyright permission, reprints, letters to the Editor, and advertising copies.
